Unique Event space and venue to rent

3 Olaf Street is a one of a kind blank canvas venue situated in London’s prestigious West End quarter.

The venue interior provides a dramatic 35 ft entrance hall, with adaptable event spaces and a café on the ground floor. With floor to ceiling windows spanning the length of the Gallery and Café, and 22 windows in the entrance hall, the venue is flooded with natural light throughout the day. In the evening our one of a kind LED Turrell lighting system in all the window bays illuminates against the night sky.

The venue is perfect for a multitude of events, photographic and film & TV work, we have catered for corporate events, conferences, photo shoots, fashion shows, adverts, TV, weddings, bar-mitzvahs, birthdays and many other types of events, large and small.

The venue has been used extensively for photographic and film and TV work due to the on-site cafe and the white blank canvas space, as well as easy access to the street and availability of 3 phase power.

For events, as the venue is a blank canvas, it has been transformed into some incredible events, we have even had cars inside the event space.  The space is also licensed for music and live entertainment, with state of the art kitchens, perfect for outside caterers.

Our in house events team are dedicated to creating Bespoke events and our list of trusted suppliers are on hand to assist them in making anything possible.
